Toughening Plant
A technologically advanced plant designed specifically for our requirements, allowing Glasscraft to produce in house various types of toughened safety glass, including energy efficient coated, solar reflective and bespoke processed glass up to 25mm thick.
 
Automated Glass Sealed Unit Production Line With Robotic Sealing Station
In order to deliver sealed units for both domestic and commercial purposes, Glasscraft offers a comprehensive range of unit constructions from our automated glass sealed unit line and semi automatic glass sealed unit line. These include Argon gas filling, warm edge sealed units and shaped sealed units made on line, which allows us to manufacture insulating dual seal units to a very high standard consistently and efficiently.
 
Automated Screen Printing Facilities
Combining our in house print processing using modern technology with the skills and expertise of our specialist team, Glasscraft is unrivalled in consistency and superior quality in glass printing that has set a high benchmark of excellence within the industry.
 
Automated Glass Cutting Facilities
Glasscraft utilises modern glass cutting technology that insures efficient and accurate cutting of all glass types, and has three automatic cutting facilities. This also gives us the flexibility to turn products around quickly and keep delivery times down to a minimum.
